Coffee Ice Cream
Ingredients:

Optional: drizzle chocolate sauce into the ice cream to create chocolate swirls.
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons of instant coffee powder (or approximately 2 tbsp. of instant espresso powder)
- 3-4 tablespoons of raw cacao powder
- 2-3 tablespoons of water (more or less as needed)
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
Directions:
- Mix the coffee and cacao powder with water to form a thick syrup. Use more or less water as needed to incorporate the powders.
- Pour the heavy cream into a medium sized bowl. With a hand mixer, whip it until it forms stiff peaks. You may also use a stand mixer.
- Add the coffee "syrup," condensed milk, and salt. Mix until well combined. Make sure to scrape the sides and the bottom of the bowl.
- Transfer the ice cream to a freezer safe container. Cover it with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for several hours until it is frozen.
